Why do anything? Relax while we bring and set up everything you need to hydrate your guests, self serve or Open bar for 4 hours
All menus include staff to cook and serve a buffet style serving. All food is cooked fresh on site with pots we bring and grill if needed. RSVPs are given 7 days prior to date reserved. We provide food and beverage tables, liners, plates, napkins, wet naps, lobster bibs, butter cups, disposable utensils, wooden meat forks, salt, pepper, wooden bowls on each seating table, garbage pails with liners with removal. We do not provide seating tables or chairs for guests. All parties are based on 35 guests or more. We also offer Clambakes to go for smaller groups with cooking equipment. Easy to cook yourself. Clambakes typically last from 2-4 hours depending on the menu. We add a 18% Company service fee for, kitchen, event prep, cook on site and 7.35% sales tax.
