Our delicious Barbecues are melt in your mouth. We cook fresh on site over a charcoal grill. We set up all needed to cook & serve hot off of the grill by our qualified chef’s. Relax & enjoy your guests while we do all the work.
We take great pride in all of our food that we cook and have served for over 40 years. We will have your guests coming back for more. Children Menu
Children’s menu includes: Hamburgers with cheese, hotdogs, watermelon. Children will share from adult menu (No entrees) $15.95 per child
You can replace any meat in menu option for another meat, price adjusted.
Beverages Packages
Why do anything? Relax while we bring & set up everything you need to hydrate your guests, self serve up to 4 hours
** Assorted soda, bottled water, Beer cans ( 1-Domestic, 1-Imported) $18.00 per person
Red and White wine ( Merlot & Chardonnay ) $6.00 per person
** Open Bar Premium liquor: $33.00 per person
4 hours of service, Bartender included, 4-liquor’s, Mojitos signature drink, beer 2-Choices ( 1-Domestic, 1-Imported) , Red & White wine, assorted soda, bottled water, lemons, limes, all juices, sparkling waters, disposable cups, ice. Complete set up!!
Staffing: Bartenders / 5 hour minimum $60 per hour per staff , additional hours can be added before date of party/event. Inquire availability !! Open bar’s with over 65 guests an extra bartender will be added for extra charge.

Caterer Provides:
Menus are based on 50 guests minimum or more. Inquire for smaller groups. All Barbecues include staff to cook
and serve guests. Barbecues typically last 2-4 hours depending on the menu. We arrive prior for set up. Full menu options include food table set ups, condiments, disposable, utensils, plates, all paper goods, garbage pails with liners, garbage removal, everything we need to serve you and your guests a buffet style party/event. We do not provide seating tables or chairs for guests. Head counts are given 7 days prior to your party/event. You can add on up until the day before. We add a 18% Company service fee for, kitchen, event prep and cook on site, sales tax 7.35% . Gratuity for the staff is greatly appreciated.
