Includes:  4- Assorted liquor’s, Domestic & Imported beer cans (1-choice each), red and white wine(Chardonnay & Merlot), “Signature drink ” Mojitos with fresh mint ” assorted soda (Coke & Pepsi products), bottled water on ice, lemons, limes, all juices, sparkling waters, disposable cups, ice. Complete set up and break down. Additional Bartenders for over 65 guests are available. Additional hour of open bar $5.00 per person/per hour / Each additional hour per bartender $65.00

 

Caterer Provides

All menus include staff to cook and serve a buffet style serving. All food steamed fresh on site outdoors with pots we bring and a grill for grilling.  All items are “a la carte” per person to add to a New England Clambake. A minimum of 35 guests or more for pricing for add on items!!  Appetizers are based on $15.00 per person for 35 person minimum for all guests. Dessert selection is based on $5.50 per person for 35 minimum for all guests.. RSVPs are given 7 days prior to date reserved. We provide all food and beverage tables, liners, plates, napkins, wet naps, lobster bibs, butter cups, disposable utensils, wooden meat forks, salt, pepper, wooden bowls on each seating table, garbage pails with liners , removal upon departure. We do not provide seating tables or chairs for guests. Clambakes typically last from 2-4 hours depending on the menu.  We come to cater rain or shine and bring shelter tents if need be.  A Company service fee 18% for kitchen prep, event prep, work onsite and sales tax is added. Gratuity for staff is much appreciated at the end of service. We would love to serve you and your guests. Relax while we do all the work. Give us a call and Leave the fuss to us!!
