Spinning all day with delicious flavors and fall off the bone meat will have your guests coming back for more. Includes your choice of Caribbean Jerk sauce or Smokey BBQ sauce. Pig roasts to go are available 7 days a week for pick up. A pig roast menu catered on site are Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Menus are based on 50 guests or more. Inquire for smaller groups. All pig roasts include staff to cook and serve guests. Pig roasts typically last 1-4 hours depending on the menu. We arrive up to 8 hours prior to roast fresh on site. Full menu options include food table set ups, condiments, disposable utensils, plates, all paper goods, garbage pails with liners, everything we need to serve you and your guests a buffet style party or event. We do not provide seating tables or chairs for guests. Head counts are given 5 days prior to party/event. You can add on up until the day before party/event. We add a 18% Cook fee/service charge to cover our chef’s and sales tax 7.35% . Gratuity for staff is greatly appreciated.
